Disaster Averted, June RWR Magazine Article

If you’re a published or aspiring author, will bumping into the refreshments table at a writers’ conference, dropping an F-Bomb during an agent pitch, or stepping on an editor’s Monolo Blahnik’s put you on the Auto-Rejection List? Though it might seem that way after a slip-up, chances are we’ll survive with our good name intact if we respond to the incident with grace and a sense of humor.

If you’re a writer who also belongs to Romance Writers of America (RWA), I hope you’ll check out my feature article Disaster Averted  in the June 2013 issue of Romance Writer’s Report (RWR). In the article, authors share their humorous and sometimes horrifying personal stories of professional blunders and how they avoided career suicide in the aftermath.
